Wraparound Care Policy

Breakfast Club

One of the most important things for a child to do each day is to have breakfast. Research has proven that a healthy breakfast has a positive effect on the mental and energy levels of the body which is very important to all children. We provide a happy, caring and safe environment where children can enjoy breakfast before school with other children. 

Our Breakfast Club runs Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 8.45am. The cost is £6.50 per session, which can be booked and paid for via the Arbor App or via Tax Free Childcare Vouchers (please supply a reference number on registration form)

The menus will be healthy and include cereal, toast and fruit.

Prior to booking, you must complete the Wraparound Care Registration Form.

Afterschool Club 

Children will be taken to After School Club by a member of staff and then collected by parents any time up to 6pm. We provide a hot meal or healthy sandwich tea for the children and then they will have both indoor and outdoor activities to choose from. Monday to Thursday it is located in the KS2 Hall and on Fridays in the KS1 Hall.

The cost of the After School Club is £14 per session or £12.50 with a rolling contract which specifies the days required. This can be paid for using the Arbor App or via Tax Free Childcare Vouchers (please add reference on your registration form). There is a reduced cost of £8.00 if your child is enrolled until 4.30pm instead of 6pm.

As with our old external provider, for every 5 minutes that children are collected late, there will be a charge of £5. The reason for this is that if we have to keep the school open after 6pm, we are also paying for our Site team and a member of our leadership team to be on site too. All penalty charges must be paid before the next session attended. All fees must be paid either weekly or termly in advance to secure a place. The top gate (Oakwood Drive) is locked at 5.50pm so access after this time should be via Woodside Road.  The Pedestrian Gate automatically closes after 6.00pm

In order to book a place, the payment has to be made when using the Arbor  App. If you require help setting up your Arbor account please contact the school office.

Prior to booking, you must complete the Wraparound Care Registration Form. Should you request a rolling contract please be advised that charges will remain if your child is unwell and can't attend and would need 3 weeks notice to cancel.

If you are paying for either club by Childcare Vouchers, please note there will be a delay in the payment showing on your child's School Money account.
